Rihanna For River Island
Rihanna’s first ever fashion collection for River Island is fastly approaching. If there has been one celebrity fashion collaboration I have been waiting for, it is this one!
After publicising and supporting Rihanna’s 777 tour, today River Island have released a video showing Rihanna talking through the collection and what we can expect from it, plus a few sneak peeks at some of the pieces!
She says the collection is inspired by her mood:
“My style is definitely influenced by my mood so my collection will definitely have a range of different moods, different attitudes, because I’m assuming my fans will be the same way”
Then goes on to describe it a little more by saying:
“The collection is casual, it’s chic, it’s flirty I wanted it to be for all body types, I wanted all different types of girls to really want to wear it and feel comfortable in it but still feel edgy, I wanted character to come out in the clothes without trying to hard.”
The whole collection will be available in River Island from March 5th but will be showcased at London Fashion Week, oh how I wish I could be there!
Riri was spotted out wearing this blue suede jumpsuit seen above, which will be part of the collection!
